DEAN BAKER - MANAGING MEMBER

WITH 10+ years in the construction industry, Dean directs our Midtown teams including operations, project management, estimating and pre-construction. he believes each client should expect and receive outstanding service and personally visits each project prior to breaking ground.   under Dean’s leadership, The professional yet family-oriented work environment at Midtown Construction has resulted in continued growth since inception. in his spare time, dean enjoys watching his son play football at edmond north high school, visiting his daughter at the university of arkansas, as well as golfing, hunting, and fishing with family and friends.

Jamie Kalcich – Controller

Jamie joined Midtown Construction in January 2022 as the Controller. Her time outside of the office is spent with her husband (Michael), children (Caleb, Joshua, Matthew, & Caitlyn) and her three fur babies (Jasper, Milo, and Cooper). She enjoys attending her children’s activities, cheering for the OU Sooners, reading, and cooking in her spare time.  


ROBIN BRENINGER - Pre-ConSTRUCTION/ESTIMATING MANAGER

Robin brings several years of division 6 and 12 experience to Midtown as our Pre-Construction/Estimating Manager.  Robin excels in managing projects from the early stages of conceptual design through planning and construction.  Robin has gained well-rounded experience in a range of construction project applications over her career. Robin’s time outside of the office is spent with her Husband Tim and three children. She enjoys cooking for her family, traveling, and time spent with her extended family.

Jeff Farris – Project Manager

Jeff started his construction career in concrete and quickly entered the residential construction industry building single-family homes. Later, Jeff moved to oil and gas construction, both customer-facing in the field and internal commercial construction projects. Jeff brings 19 years of a unique entrepreneurial perspective to construction with his project management skills and field knowledge to achieve project success.

SHAWN CARSON – Project Manager

Shawn is a highly skilled construction project manager with 12 years of experience overseeing diverse commercial projects, from interior remodeling to large-scale ground-up constructions. Prior to his construction career, he served with distinction in an Army Special Forces unit for 4 years, honing leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills. His military background emphasizes meticulous attention to detail, effective team coordination, and achieving objectives on time and within budget. Shawn is a trusted leader in the construction industry, known for navigating complexities and delivering exceptional results.
